The Wishlist Page is where customers review all their saved products, compare options, and move items to cart. Flits automatically creates this page for you, and you can customize its layout, appearance, and user interactions to match your brand and improve conversion flow.

This article explains each configuration option and how to optimize the Wishlist Page for your store.


1. Wishlist Page Layout Options

Flits allows you to choose how saved products appear:

Grid Layout

  • Displays items in a multi-column layout

  • Ideal for fashion, beauty, home décor

  • Shows more products at once

Table Layout

  • Rows with structured information

  • Ideal for B2B, tech, and product catalogs with detailed specs

Grid Per Row

Controls how many products appear per row in grid layout.
 Typical values: 
3, 4, or 5 columns, depending on theme width.


2. Remove Icon Style

Choose how customers remove items from wishlist:

  • Filled Icon (Recommended)
     Clear and familiar interaction pattern.

  • Cross Icon
     More compact, works well in minimalist layouts.


3. Add-to-Cart Button Type

Control how customers move items from wishlist to cart:

CTA Button

  • Large, visible button

  • Maximizes conversion

  • Works best for fashion and consumer goods

Icon Button

  • Compact and minimal

  • Ideal for design-heavy themes or limited space

Tip:
 CTA buttons typically drive more product-to-cart conversions.


4. Wishlist Launch Location

Determine how customers access their wishlist:

Header Menu

General location recommended for most stores.

Navigation Menu

Best for themes with large mega-menus or multi-level navigation.

Customers expect the wishlist to be easy to find, similar to the cart.


5. Interaction Behavior

Wishlist items on this page support:

  • Remove from wishlist

  • Variant selection (if applicable)

  • Add to cart

  • Navigate back to product detail

Every action recorded here appears in your Wishlist Activity Log and analytics.


6. Testing Your Wishlist Page

After configuration:

  1. Open your storefront

  2. Add sample items to wishlist

  3. Visit the Wishlist Page URL (automatically generated by Flits)

  4. Check layout on both desktop and mobile

  5. Confirm variant popup appears where required

  6. Test add-to-cart and remove actions

If the page does not load or appears empty:

  • Ensure Wishlist Status is ON

  • Confirm theme embed is active

  • Check for theme customizations overriding the page template
