Flits follows Shopify’s billing API standards and calculates app charges based on the number of orders in your store. During migration, when you import historical orders into Shopify, those orders are naturally pulled into our system for billing, as per default behaviour.
However, we’ve got you covered: For all those imported orders, rest assured, they won’t be counted in Flits billing. We will help you eliminate those orders. Simply, reach out to us at support@getflits.com with the relevant details:
