Introduction
This article provides a brief on what happens if you exceed the monthly order limit in the free plan.
Note: This is only applicable for Flits Free plan users.
Ans.
If you exceed the free plan limit you will receive an email reminder asking you to upgrade your plan and notifying you that you've reached your order limit.
Once you reach your free plan limit, you'll have a 28-day grace period to upgrade your plan. If you don't upgrade within this period your admin account will be blocked.
How Does the System Work?
Order Limit Tracking: The system automatically monitors the number of orders processed by users on the Free plan.
Reminder Notification: When a user on the Free plan hits the order limit, they are sent an email reminder encouraging them to upgrade to a paid plan.
Complimentary grace period: We recognize that upgrading is an important decision for your enterprise, and we understand the need for careful consideration. That’s why we provide a 28-day grace period, allowing you the time to make an informed decision while ensuring uninterrupted access to our services.
Blocking Mechanism: If a user fails to upgrade to a paid plan within a 28-day grace period, their Flits admin access will be blocked.
Unblocking: To restore access to the Flits admin, the user must upgrade to a paid plan.
