Introduction
If your Flits admin is restricted, it can limit your ability to access features beyond the billing page. This guide explains why admin restrictions occur and how to resolve them.
Reason for Admin Restriction
Admin restrictions typically occur when you exceed the order limit of your current plan. For free plan users, the limit is capped at 200 orders. Once this limit is reached:
- You will receive notifications via email and an in-admin popup about upgrading your plan.
- If you do not upgrade within 28 days of receiving these notifications, admin access will be restricted.
Steps to Regain Access
To regain full access to your Flits admin:
- Upgrade Your Plan: Navigate to the billing page and select an appropriate plan.
- Complete Billing: Proceed with the payment to activate your upgraded plan.
- Restore Access: Once the plan is activated, you’ll regain full access to all admin features included in your chosen plan.
