Welcome notifications are notifications you can send automatically once the the visitor becomes a subscriber.
These notifications are for 'Welcoming' you new subscribers and a chance for you to nudge them to sign up or share any other information.
Set up prompt before setting up any kind of notifications.
Set up welcome notifications
Go to Notifications > Categories > Welcome notification
You can set two welcome notification reminders.
Note: Set different delay timing for the reminders so they do not overlap. Reminders will be sent according to the delay timing. Reminder 1 and 2 does not mean reminder 1 will display before
2. It entirely depends on the delay timing set by you.
Once you click on the edit button you will see a screen like this
- You can adjust the delay timings
- Uploaded an icon/ store logo
- Edit Title
- Edit description
- Add a link (Link will redirect visitors on the click of notification body apart from buttons).
- Additionally you can also add buttons. Adding a button is not mandatory.
Once set up please select 'Active'.
You welcome notifications are all set to welcome your visitors.
