In this article, we will learn how you can import your existing reward program points to Flits Credits.
How to submit a request to import your existing Rewards data?
- Raise a ticket on support@getflits.com with a subject to import your existing reward data.
- Once the request is received our support team will guide you through the process of data merger.
What will you need to import Rewards data?
- Existing reward points data.
- Prepare a CSV file with your existing data in a format provided by the Flits support executive.
Example of CSV format: (The below format is for illustrative purposes only)

After managing the rewards CSV file, follow the below steps.
- Share details of the previous application and its point system structure.
- Send the CSV file to your assigned support executive.
- The executive will send your request further to the technical team.
- The tech member will merge your existing reward point system data with Flits credit.
- After the successful data merger, you will get an acknowledgement from our support executive to review your data.
Note: The data merger request may take 24 hrs or more based on the impacted customers in the process.
