For example, if February has 28 days, orders are counted from the 1st of February till the 28th of February, and will reset on the 1st of March.

In short, we count your orders from the 1st of every month till the date before the 1st of the next month. So if a month has 28 days, orders within those 28 days are counted; if it has 31 days, orders within those 31 days are counted.
