Monthly orders will be counted from the first of every month. 

For example, if February month has 28 days; order will be counted from the 1st of February till 28th of February, and will reset on the 1st of March.

In short, we will count your orders from the 1st of every month till the date before the 1st of next month. So if a month has 28 days, orders within the 28 days will be counted, if it has 31 days orders within the 31 days will be counted.
