Our latest billing system is based on order count. All plans have order limits, and usage-based charges apply according to the number of orders placed in your store.
Plans and Order Limits

| Starter plan | 500 orders / month |
| Growth plan | 1,000 orders / month |
| Established plan | 4,000 orders / month |
| Enterprise plan | Custom orders / month |
Note: Usage charges of $10 for every 100 orders apply only to the Growth and Established plans. Free and Starter plans have no usage charges.
A default spending limit will be applied to your store at the time of plan selection and can be revised from Shopify store settings as required.
The order count resets on the 1st of every month.
Enterprise Plan
The Enterprise plan is designed for larger businesses and brands with custom needs, such as very high order volumes, custom workflows, omnichannel requirements, or white-glove onboarding. Pricing and order limits are custom and agreed with our team.
The Enterprise plan includes:
- Custom API and rate limit
- High-volume pricing
- Custom integrations, with unlimited active integrations
- Priority support
