Upon app installation, merchants can start right away with the free plan. Apart from the free plan, we offer a range of paid plans designed to meet varying business needs and scalability requirements.


For merchants opting for any of our three ( Growth, Established, & Lite) paid plans they are entitled to a 14-day free trial period from the date of app installation. During this trial period, users gain unrestricted access to all the features and functionalities within their selected plan. This means that merchants can explore and utilize the features within the plan without any limitations for the initial 14 days from the day of installation.


Merchants will not be charged even if their orders exceed the order limitations specified in the plan within the 14-day free trial period. 


The free trial will end after 14 days from installation.


We believe this trial period plays a key role in allowing merchants to fully experience the value and potential that Flits brings to their Shopify stores. It offers an opportunity for evaluation and ensures that merchants can make informed decisions regarding the suitability of our app for their specific requirements.


Please note that if you switch from free plan to a paid one in between the 14 days, your free trial will be available only for the remaining days. For example, if you installed Flits on 1st of November 2024, and switched to a paid plan on 25th November 2024, your trial will be available only for the remaining 5 days out of 14 days.

If you switch after 14 days from the date of installation no free trial will be available.
