Effect of keeping Loyalty & reward credits status 'Deactivated'-


1. If you have been running a reward program

If you have been using the Loyalty & reward premium tool to give credits to your customers deactivating this option will mean that it will pause all ongoing reward credit activities including the display of earned/spent credits on the customer account page. 


2. If you have not been running a reward program

If you have not been running a reward program it will mean that there will be no effect on any ongoing activity given the status was already in inactive mode.
