Introduction

This article will cover the purpose of Flits’ integration with PushOwl.

Note: PushOwl integration is for Business & Enterprise Plan users who have purchased the Store credit premium tool 

Flits offers Push Notifications via PushOwl to keep your customers informed about various credit-related activities, including:

• Push Notifications for Reward Program

• Push Notifications for Referral Program

Steps to integrate Flits with PushOwl

To send successful Push Notifications through the Flits-PushOwl integration, follow these steps:

Step 1: Set up the PushOwl integration from Flits admin (Integrations). You can find instructions on how to do this in the setup guide provided.

Step 2: Once the PushOwl integration is in place, your customers will automatically receive Push Notifications regarding credit activities based on the notification settings configured by you.

Please note that for your customers to view these Push Notifications, they must grant browser notification access to the application..
