Why can’t non-Shopify Plus stores redeem credits at checkout?
Shopify restrict third-party app scripts from running on the checkout page for all non-Plus stores. Flits is therefore unable to offer the Redeem Points options on checkout pages for these stores. Instead, customers can redeem points on the cart page.
How do Plus merchants enable Redeem Credit at checkout after August 2025?
Use Shopify’s Checkout Extensibility to add the Redeem Points option during checkout.
Existing customizations through checkout.liquid will stop functioning after the deadlines.
