Introduction

Reward Credit on orders is a strategic move to increase repeat customer ratio and build stronger customer loyalty.



Steps to Set Up Reward Credit on Orders

1. Go to Premium Tools > Loyalty & Reward Edit > Earning Rules - Rewards in your admin Flits panel.

2. Click on View all reward rules or Add reward rules.

3. Select the Place Order rule.

4. The Reward Credit on Order rule can be configured in two ways:

i) Reward Credit on Specific Orders: Assign reward credits to particular order numbers.

Example: $10 for Order #1;  $20 for Order #2;  $50 for Order #3

ii) Reward Credit on all orders from order number ‘n’ onwards:
Apply the same reward credit value to all orders starting from a specific order number.

Example: Assign $25 reward credits to all orders starting from Order #4 onward.

Types of Reward Credits: Here reward credits can be set as a fixed or as percentage reward credit of cart value.

For example, if a fixed reward credit of $10 is set for the first order, customers will receive $10 after placing their first order. 

If a 20% reward credit is set for the second order, and the cart value is $1000, the customer will earn $200 (20% of $1000) as credit when placing the second order.


5. Click Save at the top right corner to apply settings.
Ensure the rule is set to Active for it to work.

Note: If you want to send notifications, check the Mail/Push  checkboxes and set them up in the Notifications section in the Flits admin.
