Introduction
Credit on orders is a strategic move to increase repeat customer ratio and enhance overall customer loyalty.
Step to set up credit on orders
To set credit on order, go to the Premium tools > Loyalty & reward setup > Earning rules.
Click Add ways to earn/Add earning rule and select Place order rule.
Credit on order rule can be setup in two ways
i) credit on specific order - Set credit for specific order number
For example, set credit as $10 for order number 1 , $50 for order number 2, and $90 for order number 3
ii) credit on rest orders - Set same credit value for all orders starting from a specific order number
For example, set $100 credits for all the upcoming orders starting from order number 3
Here credits can be set as a fixed credit or as percentage credit of cart value.
For example, if 80 fixed credit is set up on 1st order, customers will get $80 on placing 1 st order. If 20% credit is set up on 2nd order, on second order if cart value is $100, for placing 2nd order customer will get $20 (20% of 100) as credit.
4. To implement the changes, simply click on Save from the top right corner.
Credit on Orders rule will be enabled only when the status is Active.
Note: If you want to configure notifications, please click on any of the notification checkboxes and make sure to set up Notifications from notification panel in Flits admin
