Introduction

To reverse the reward points that were earned or spent on a canceled order, utilise the reward points adjustment feature, which is specifically designed for managing cancelled orders. This feature enables you to efficiently supervise and modify the points related to order cancelations, ensuring precise tracking and compensation.


This point rule is available for Established plan users only.


Steps to adjust reward points on order cancelation


  1. To set up the reward credit adjustment on canceled orders, go to Loyalty Program > Loyalty > click set up/edit > Scroll down to Points adjustment on canceled orders section.


  1. In this section, you can select the activity for which you wish to adjust reward points, as outlined below, to suit your requirements:


Earned Points adjustment: This option will deduct the reward points earned on that order from customer's point balance.

  • Earned reward points adjustment works on the following earning rules:
    • Reward points on order
    • Reward points on specific product
    • Reward points after Referral's X no of order
    • Referral's spent total amount


Redeemed Points adjustment: This option will refund the reward points redeemed on that order to the customer points balance.

  • Redeemed points adjustment works on the redeeming rule.


It is important to note that reward points will be adjusted for a fully cancelled order only. Reward points will not be adjusted to a partially refunded order.
