Introduction
Based on the Store’s currency, credits will be calculated in the Loyalty & rewards
In Loyalty & reward credit module calculation of credit is as follows-
1 reward credit = 1 store currency (USD, EUR, GBP).
Example: Earning rule
For better understanding, let us take an example of credit on order rule.
Note: You can set fixed or percentage credit for different orders. Here it is important to note that,
- for fixed credit type a fixed credit is issued irrespective of cart value
- for percentage credit type credit is issued by calculating X% of the cart value
i) Credit on 1st order is fixed at $50, Cart value is $200
Result: Customer will earn $50 on the first order.
ii) Credit on the 2nd order is 15%, Cart value is $200
Result: Customer will earn $30 (15% of 200) on the second order.
iii) Credit on order 3 and next (4,5,6…n) orders is 50%, Cart value is $500
Result: customer will earn 50% of 500 i.e. 250 Credits.
Example: Redeeming rule
Let us have a look at the example of credits redeemed
For Fixed credits redeemed ranges:
If a merchant sets Cart Range ="$200 to $999” , Spent Credit = 100, Cart value = $600
For the above case, the customer can spend 100 fixed credits based on cart value i.e. 100 credits.
For Percentage Credit Spent Ranges:
If a merchant sets Cart Range ="$1000 - $1500” , Spent Credit = 10%, Cart value = $1500
For the above case, the customer can spend 10% credit based on cart value i.e $150
