Creating Reward or Referral Rules

Part 1: Edit already listed rules

1. Go to Loyalty program > Loyalty > Earning rules on left side panel
   
2. Locate the desired rule
   • Under Reward Rules (e.g., Sign up, Place Order)
   • Or under Referral Reward Rules (e.g., Inviter’s points)
3. Click the “Edit” button next to the rule you want to configure.
4. Set the rule details:
   • Define how many points should be awarded.
   • Add reason for giving points.
   • Add any custom conditions (if available).
5. Activate the rule by switching it from Inactive to Active.
6. Save your changes.

Part 2: Set up rules not listed under reward and referral rules

1. Click “Add ways to earn” under either section:
   • This opens the interface to setup a new earning rule.
2. Choose the type of rule (e.g., specific purchase, referral milestone, etc.).
3. Configure the rule settings:
   • Assign how many points are earned.
   • Add reason for giving points.
   • Add any custom conditions (if available)
4. Enable the rule by setting its status to Active.
5. Save the new rule to apply it.
6. Now this rule will be added under the reward rules and referral reward rules.

Note: The visibility of earning rules depends on the selected plan.
