Introduction
This article will cover ways to earn i.e. how you can let your customers earn credits to acquisition and retention.
Steps for ‘Add ways to earn’
Go to Premium tools > Store credit setup > Earning Rule > Add ways to earn on left side panel
A popup will appear once you click on Add ways to earn/Add reward rules
(The visibility of earning rules in this popup depends on the selected plan.)
Click on the name of the earning rule you want to add.
Fill in the required fields to complete the earning rule setup. (Below is a sample of how the rule setup page will appear)
Note: Rule configurations may vary depending on the selected earning action.
4. Click ‘Save’.
Rules must be in ‘Active’ state for the customers to earn credit through them.
