The Export module lets you download your wishlist and “Notify me” data as a CSV file, delivered straight to your email. You can export from several pages in the app, and each export reflects exactly what you are currently viewing, including any filters or search you have applied.

Use filters carefully before exporting. If you want the full data set, clear filters and search first. If you want a subset, apply the filter first and then export.

1. What you can export

You can run an export from five places in the app. Each one opens with an Export button on the page.

  • Customers page - all customers, with wishlist count, “Notify me” count, and last activity.
  • Wishlisted Products page - all wishlisted products, with revenue, “Notify me” count, and wishlisted count.
  • Wishlist Activity Log page - a log of wishlist activities, with product and timestamp.
  • Single product page - the customers who wishlisted or requested that one product via “Notify me”.
  • Single customer page - the products one customer has wishlisted or requested via “Notify me”.

2. How exports are delivered

  1. Click the Export button on the page.
  2. Customers export only: choose which columns to include for the other exports, just follow step 3.
  3. Enter one or more email addresses in the Enter email field. Press Enter or comma after each address to turn it into a chip.
  4. Click Send as CSV.
  5. The CSV is emailed to every address you entered. There is no separate download step, so check the inboxes you specified.

3. How filters decide what’s included

This is the most important point to understand about exports.

  • An export contains exactly what is shown on the page at the time you export it.
  • If a filter or search is applied, only the filtered or searched results are exported.
  • If no filter is applied, all data is included.
  • To get everything, clear all filters and search before exporting.
  • To get a specific subset, apply your filter or search first, then export.

Most pages show a filter indicator, such as a No filter badge, so you can confirm what will be exported before sending.

4. Exporting from each page

A. Customers export

  1. Open the Customers page and optionally apply a filter or search.
  2. Click Customers Export.
  3. Under Choose data to include in export file, tick the columns you want: Customer, Wishlist Count, Back In Stock Notify Me Count, and Last Activity. Email is always included and cannot be unticked.
  4. Enter the recipient email address(es) and click Send as CSV.

B. Wishlisted products export

  1. Open the Wishlisted Products page and optionally apply a filter or search.
  2. Click Wishlisted Products Export.
  3. Enter the recipient email address(es) and click Send as CSV.

C. Wishlist activity log export

  1. Open the Wishlist Activity Log page and optionally apply a filter or search.
  2. Click Wishlist Activity Log Export.
  3. Enter the recipient email address(es) and click Send as CSV.

D. Single product export

  1. Open a product from the Wishlisted Products list.
  2. Use the dropdown to choose which customers to include: All, Wishlisted, or Requested via “Notify me”.
  3. Optionally use the search box to narrow the list further.
  4. Click Export, enter the recipient email address(es), and click Send as CSV.

E. Single customer export

  1. Open a customer’s detail page.
  2. Use the dropdown to choose which products to include: All, Wishlisted products, or Requested via “Notify me”.
  3. Optionally use the search box to narrow the list further.
  4. Click Export, enter the recipient email address(es), and click Send as CSV.

5. Troubleshooting export issues

My export is missing records

A filter or search is most likely still applied. Clear all filters and search, then export again for the full data set.

I didn’t receive the file

Check the spam or junk folder of the email address you entered, and confirm the address was added as a chip before you clicked Send as CSV.

I can’t untick the Email column

Email is always included so each row can be identified.

I want the file sent to my team

Add multiple email addresses in the Enter email field before exporting.
