Flits allows merchants to automatically restore redeemed store credits used on refunded or returned orders. This helps maintain accurate customer store credit balances after refunds are processed.

How to Configure Store Credit Adjustment

To configure store credit adjustment settings:

Flits Admin → Loyalty Program → Store Credit → Scroll to “Store Credit Adjustment on Refunded Orders”


Redeemed Flits Store Credit Adjustment

When enabled, Flits automatically restores the redeemed store credits used on the refunded or returned order back to the customer’s account.

Example:
If a customer uses $20 store credit during checkout and the order is refunded, the $20 store credit will automatically be restored to the customer’s account.

Important Notes

  • Store credit adjustments work for both partial and full refunds.
  • Shopify refund or return status must be updated correctly for successful adjustment processing.
