Introduction

Flits allows you to manage all back-in-stock alert subscriptions directly from the admin panel.

You can view subscribed customers, monitor notifications, and manage alert subscriptions from one place.


How It Works

  • Customers subscribe to alerts for out-of-stock products

  • Subscriptions are stored in the system

  • When products are restocked, notifications are sent automatically

  • You can view and manage all subscriptions from admin


Access (Quick Steps)

  1. Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → Flits Wishlist

  2. Open Notifications


What You Can Manage

Customer Subscriptions

  • View customers who subscribed for alerts

  • See products and variants they are tracking

  • Disable or remove subscriptions

Notifications Log

  • View all notifications sent

  • Check delivery status (sent / failed / pending)

  • Search by customer or product

Product-Level Alerts

  • See which products have high alert demand

  • Identify out-of-stock products with active subscriptions


Feature Behavior

  • Notifications are sent automatically when stock is updated

  • No manual triggering is required

  • Subscriptions remain until removed or disabled

  • Delivery depends on email configuration


Limitations

  • Manual notification sending is not available

  • Cannot edit subscription content from admin

  • Email delivery depends on integration setup

  • Feature works only after product restock


Tips & Best Practices

  • Monitor failed notifications regularly

  • Use alert data to identify high-demand products

  • Clean up invalid or inactive email subscriptions

  • Prioritize restocking products with high alert counts
