Overview

Connecting Klaviyo to Flits Wishlist requires adding your Klaviyo API key inside the Flits admin. This enables secure event sharing between Flits and Klaviyo.

1. Get Your Klaviyo API Key

  1. Log in to your Klaviyo dashboard

  2. Go to Settings → API Keys

  3. Copy your Private API Key

2. Add API Key in Flits Wishlist

  1. Open Flits Wishlist in Shopify Admin

  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Klaviyo

  3. Paste your Klaviyo Private API Key

  4. Click Save

  5. Toggle Klaviyo Integration → ON

Once saved, events begin sending automatically.

3. Verify Connection

After saving:

  • Add a product to your wishlist

  • Check Klaviyo’s Customer Profile → Activity Feed

  • You should see an event such as “Added to Wishlist”

Events may take a few minutes to appear.

4. Troubleshooting Connection Issues

Problem: No events appearing

  • Ensure the correct Private API Key was used

  • Check if wishlist buttons are active on storefront

  • Confirm no ad-blockers are blocking scripts

Problem: Only some events appear

  • Clear browser cache and test again

  • Ensure the theme embed is enabled

  • Disable conflicting wishlist apps
