The Activity Log captures every wishlist event across your store. It acts as a lightweight behavioral analytics tool that helps verify customer actions and troubleshoot event flows.


1. Events Tracked in Analytics

  • Add to Wishlist

  • Remove from Wishlist

  • Move to Cart

  • Variant selection events

  • Guest session ↔ customer merge


2. Filtering Options

Filter logs by:

  • Event type

  • Customer (logged-in or guest)

  • Date range

  • Product

  • Device type


3. How Merchants Use Activity Logs

  • Validate wishlist button functionality

  • Analyze user flow from wishlist → cart

  • Review individual customer sessions

  • Audit analytics discrepancies


4. Troubleshooting Activity Gaps

If logs appear empty:

  • Check theme embed activation

  • Confirm wishlist status is ON

  • Verify cookies are allowed

  • Test with minimal theme to rule out conflicts
