Introduction
The “Ways to Redeem” feature helps merchants create flexible and attractive options for customers to use their earned loyalty points. By setting up different redemption rules, you can give your customers more value and encourage more purchases, leading to a more engaging rewards program.
Setup Path
Go to Loyalty Program > Loyalty > Redeeming rule > Add Ways to Redeem in the admin panel to configure the redemption rules.
Types of Redemption Rules Available:
Based on Cart Value - Customers can use up to a maximum number of points as set for each cart value range.
For example, If the cart range is ₹1–₹500 with a max of 500 points, customers can redeem their points based on fixed or percentage of cart value points.
Fixed Amount Discount - Customers get a flat discount amount when redeeming points.
For example, redeem 1000 points for ₹100 off
Incremental Discount - Customers redeem points in set increments for higher discounts.
For example, For every 500 points redeemed, get ₹50 off
Percentage Off – Customers get a percentage discount on their order (e.g., 10% off).
For example, Redeem 2000 points to get 10% off
Free Product – Customers can redeem points to get selected products for free.
For example, Redeem 3000 points to get a free coffee mug
Free Shipping – Customers can use points to get free delivery.
For example, Redeem 800 points to avail free delivery
Plan-wise Visibility
Important Notes
You can create multiple rules in each category.
Rules can be activated, deactivated, edited or deleted anytime.
Use different rules for order sizes, product categories, or customer groups.
