Overview

Flits now supports integration with Return Prime to help merchants streamline refund processing by directly adjusting the return amount into the customer’s Flits Store Credit wallet.


Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration, ensure the following:

  • You are subscribed to the Flits Established Plan.

  • Flits Store Credit module is activated. The integration works only if this module is enabled.


How to Set Up the Integration

Step 1: Generate API Credentials in Flits Admin

  1. Go to Flits Admin

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integration > Return Prime

  3. Click the “Generate API Keys” button


  4. Copy the generated API credentials (Adjust API Endpoints and API-Key)

Step 2: Add Credentials in Return Prime Admin

  1. Go to Return Prime Admin > Settings > Integrations > Flits

  2. Click “Activate”

  3. Paste the copied Adjust API Endpoints and API-Key


  4. Click “Update”


Step 3: Activate Integration in Flits Admin

  1. Go back to Flits Admin > Settings > Integration > Return Prime

  2. Click “Activate” to enable the connection

  3. Click "Save" from the top panel to apply changes


Using the Integration in Return Prime

Once integration is activated:

  • For each return request, in the Refund popover, you will see an option to adjust the refund via Flits Store Credit.

  • You can either choose the default return amount or customize it before confirming.

  • Once adjusted, the refunded amount will appear under:
     Flits Admin > Loyalty Program > Activity Log
