To allow customers to view store credit balance and activity right from the new Shopify customer account page's navigation, follow these steps:
- Go to Shopify Admin Settings > Checkout > Configurations, and click Customize.
- In the checkout theme editor, switch to the Customer Accounts > Profile page from the top dropdown.
- Under the Page header section, click Add app block and select Store credit summary.
- This will display the customer’s current store credit (refund balance) from the new customer accounts navigation menu.
- This will display the customer’s current store credit (refund balance) from the new customer accounts navigation menu.
- Next, switch to the Store credit activity page in the same editor.
- Under the Page section, make sure the Store credit activity block is enabled.
- Click the “Add to menu” button that appears; this opens the Customer account main menu editor.
- In the menu editor, you will find menu label set as: Store credit activity and menu link set as: Store credit activity page.
8. Click Save to confirm the navigation update.
These changes will ensure your customers will now View detailed store credit activity (credits and debits) through a dedicated navigation link.
