1. What is the Omni-Channel Reward Program?

The Omni-Channel Reward Program allows customers to earn and redeem Flits Rewards on the offline platforms (Physical Stores), through the Ginesys POS system. The steps below will help you understand, the requirements which will help us Enable the Integration for Flits Rewards with Ginesys POS



2. What steps are required to enable the program?

Step 1: After Flits has been successfully set up on your online store, the merchant must provide their Enterprise Name to Flits.

Step 2: Flits will then provide the merchant with the required Shopify Name and Token. These credentials must be shared with the Ginesys POS team to facilitate further integration.

Step 3: To enable OTP verification for redeeming Flits Rewards through the Ginesys POS, the merchant needs to share the following details with the Flits Team:

  • authkey

  • widget_id

  • otp_length

  • token_auth

  • Template_id

Note : The required OTP related details stated above can be obtained from your Msg91 Dashboard, or you can contact the Msg91 Team to help you obtain these details to share it with us.



3. Why does Flits require the OTP details?

The OTP details are essential to set up a secure verification process for redeeming rewards through Ginesys POS on your Physical Stores, ensuring transactions are authenticated and secure.



4. How can I share the required information with Flits?

Once you have gathered the required information (Enterprise Name and OTP details), you can share it with the Flits support team via emailing it on support@getflits.com 



5. What happens after Flits receives the OTP details?

The Flits Team will configure the OTP Verification process. Once completed, your customers will be able to redeem their Flits Rewards seamlessly through the Ginesys POS.

The Flits Team will assist you at every step, from initial setup to final configuration. If you encounter any issues, contact Flits support for guidance.
