Navigation builder is a tool that you can use to re-arrange the navigation menu of account page that your customer's see.


To rearrange account page menu simply go to Customer account page > Navigation builder > Set up.


Once you click on edit you will see a page with a list of navigation menu items


You can drag and drop (hover on dotted icon on right of each tab) to rearrange the navigation. You can also add new pages to your navigation.

Pages/ account page third party integration that you have added before the launch of this feature will also appear here.



If you hover over the menu items you will see an option to 'Mark as landing tab'. 

Once saved you can also unmark the tab by hovering over it again.



Landing tab simply means the tab you want the customer to land on when they click on account page.


If you mark "My orders" as the landing tab, it means when customers click on the account page the first page they will see is the order history page irrespective of the sequence of the navigation menu. 

So even if you have listed My profile to be on the top of the navigation menu and marked some other tab as landing tab, the landing tab is the first page the customer's will land on.  


Advantage of marking a tab as a landing tab


The major advantage is that you can bring focus on to a specific section you want the customers to see first when they check out the account page. 

Setting a landing tab improves user experience by directing customers to key sections first, enhancing engagement and reducing navigation friction. It also personalizes the experience, boosting conversions by highlighting specific features or offers.


Important note

New billing stores that request customer account page navigation customization will not have immediate access to the Navigation Builder. To enable this feature, please contact customer support to migrate your existing navigation to the new builder.
