Push notifications can be used to run targeted campaigns regarding Loyalty & reward credits. 


To run a campaign go to notifications > Push notifications > categories > create campaign


Once you click on Create Campaign the following screen will appear. Using this screen you can run credit reminder campaign.

 


The campaign's target audience can be filtered on credit earned.

1. Filter subscribers 

You can send notifications to subscribers with greater than X amount as credits. For example you wish to target subscribers with credits above $10 then you can write 10 in the input box in front of create campaign for credit value greater than.


You can further categorize the subscribers on the basis of customer tags, total orders placed and total amount spent.

Total spent amount



Once you input filters for your desired target audience you can click on get subscriber count.


In the example below you can see that there are 10 results (subscribers)for the campaign set for subscribers who have more than 10 credits and have placed more than 0 and less than 20000 orders. 


If there are no subscribers for your selected condition you will get one banner as same as the following screen


2. Edit notification and schedule campaign

Once you have calculated the subscribers schedule a campaign using following steps:



1. Campaign name- Add a campaign so it will be easier for you to identify the campaign in campaign history


2. Upload image to display in notifications


3. Add a title and message for the notification's body


4. Add a primary link to redirect subscribers to that link if they click on notification's body


5. You can also add two buttons for more targeted redirections.


Tip: Try to use variables provided to fetch the customer name in notification and credit amount for personalization. 


6. Add date & time for the scheduled run of the campaign.


Once the schedule/save button is clicked the current campaign will be saved for future runs.


Once campaign is set you will be automatically redirected to campaign history where you can view all past and upcoming campaigns.
