The main purpose of Flits' push notifications feature is to promote your loyalty and reward program.

Real time notifications send alerts to your signed-up visitors regarding the reward credits they earn/ redeem. 

Set up real time notification

Note: Before setting up real time notification make sure to set up prompt type to start collecting subscribers.

Go to notifications > Push notifications > Categories > Real time notification

Once you click on real time notification a screen like this will appear. 

This is similar to the options available in mail notifications. You can set up notifications depending on the rules you have activated. 

When you click on any rule you will see an editor screen like this. 

> You can upload store's logo

> Edit Title 

> Edit description

> and add a primary link to redirect customers. 

Click on active. 

Once the notification is active your subscribers will receive the push notification regarding the activity as and when the credits are earned/ redeemed/expired.
