Setting Up the Rewards Widget

To set up the Rewards Widget for your online store, follow these steps:


Locate Onsite Content

  • Navigate to Premium Tools > Loyalty and Rewards within your admin panel.


Access Widget Settings

  • Find the Loyalty and Rewards Widget section and select Setup to view the widget preview and available settings.


Customize and Activate Your Widget

  • From the widget settings, you can personalize the Rewards Widget to match your store’s branding and customer experience goals. Follow the given steps to activate and customize your widget:
    1. Enable the Rewards Widget by toggling the activation switch.
    2. Explore the customization options, which include:
      • Color theme to match your brand.
      • Display options to determine where and how the widget appears on your site.
      • Customize the default title and subheading for Rewards, Referrals, and Reward Activities to enhance the user experience.
    3. Save your changes to apply the settings to your online store.



Let's explore the various sections of the Rewards widget.


Color

  • The color option lets you choose a primary color for the buttons, launcher, icon and banner of your Reward widget.


Launcher

  • The launcher provides the option to align the reward widget icon either to the left or to the right.
  • You can customize the title of the launcher to suit your preferences.


Banner

  • The Banner option allows you to customize the heading and subheading of the banner and card for both guest and logged-in users.
  • You can customize the button text and URL associated with the banner and card


Rewards

  • You can customize the default heading and subheading of the earning and redeeming rules in the Rewards section.
  • The card rules are automatically generated according to the earning rules defined in the Loyalty & Rewards section.


Rewards

Referral

  • You can edit both the heading and subheading of the Referral section. 
  • Using this section you can also customize the description of the steps mentioned in the referral process.


Using Input Fields for Language Support: You can use the input fields to display the widget in a specific language. Please note that this will allow you to publish the widget in only a single language at a time.

Ready to see your Reward widget in action? Once you've finished setting it up, preview how it will display on your online store. A sample preview is attached below for your guidance.




Make sure to set up the required Loyalty and Reward rules in the admin so they show up on the website when activated from the Rewards widget.
