2. How does Store Credit work?


Store credit acts like cashback. Customers can use these credits to purchase products from the same store where the store credit was issued.


3. How is Store Credit different from Reward Credits?


The primary difference between store credits and reward credits is that store credits have no redeeming limits. For example, if a customer has $100 in store credits, they can use the full $100 without any restrictions based on cart value or maximum credit limits. It's a refund amount hence it the customer's money and no limits should apply to it. 


4. Can customers use Store Credit on any purchase?


Yes, customers store credit on any purchase within the store, without limitations on the cart value or the maximum amount of store credit that can be used.


5. How can I issue store credits to my customers?


You can issue store credits to customers in two ways. 

1. Manual store credit adjustment 2. Bulk store credit adjustment.
Manual store credit adjustment is available in Growth & Established plan

Bulk store credit adjustment is available in Established plan.
