Introduction
Order Tracking feature allows you to track your order right from the Customer Account Page.
Customers can easily track their purchase from one end rather than struggling app to app to know their order status.
Note: It is mandatory to install any third-party tracking application prior to use Flits Order Tracking Integration.
Steps to activate Order Track button on your store's customer account page
1. Open Flits App Admin.
2. Open the Integration section from the left side navigation menu.
3. Locate Order tracking apps and click on Contact support
Things to keep in mind while setting up the Order Tracking button 1. Order must be fulfilled 2. Tracking details of related order should be added perfectly in Shopify Orders section 3. Tracking URL added in Shopify Order and in the Order Tracking section of Flits admin should be same. Note: Please contact order track app's support team if you find any issues in your tracking application. |
Once you get in touch with our Support team we will collect all the required details of the order tracking app you wish to use and request the app for integration set up.
Details required to set up the Order Track button:
1. Tracking Application name
2. Order Tracking URL provided by the application
3. A testing user details(login id, password) with some test orders
Please be aware that integrating third-party tracking applications depends on their code structure. As developers at Flits, we may not be familiar with the code of other integrated applications. On click of the Order Track button you will view the track order page of the respective app. You are requested to complete the relevant app's tracking settings before you set up the Flits order tracking feature.
