Steps to Create Campaigns
Step 1: Open the Campaigns section from the left-side navigation menu.
Step 2: Click on the Create Campaign button from the top right corner.
Step 3: You will see a pop-up window to Create Campaign.
Add Campaign name and Select/Create a Tag and click Create Campaign button.
Step 4: Once the Campaign is Created, You will see the Edit Campaign page as shown in below image.
Select the segment, Set your preferences and click Save & Continue Content button.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the Message Content setup page.
Setup message content and Add Template.
Step 6: Customise mail content, by adding Dynamic Properties to it.
In case of Balance Reminder use Flits Store Credit property to display existing credit balance.
Click on Save Content to save Message Content. Please note that this is not same as store credit refunds.
Step 7: Click Review & Send Campaign button.
Step 8: Click the Schedule or Send button.
If you want to schedule your mail click on Schedule and select date and time.
If you want to activate your campaign click Send Now. It will send the Balance Reminder mail to the members of the campaign.
Tip: You can use the campaign to Send Credit Balance Reminder email.
