To create a segment in Klaviyo

  1. Go to Klaviyo admin > Audience > List and Segment > Create a new

  1. On clicking List/Segment you will see the option to create a list segment 

  2. Click on Segments and Fill in the input fields as per the segment you wish to create

  3. After filling in the input fields as per your segment requirements click on Create segment

(Add Segment name in the Name section. 

Add a Tag to the Segment using the Tags section.

Add Definition to segment using Definition section.

Select Dimension for the definition.)

Tip: You can use the segment to Send a Credit Balance Reminder email.
