At the core of our Billing Policy is transparency, a fundamental element of building and maintaining successful and trustworthy business relationships.


Our intention is never to mislead our valued merchants. We believe in full disclosure, and there are absolutely no hidden terms and conditions in our application usage terms.

Our commitment to a Transparent Billing Policy is an integral part of our core values. 


We follow Shopify billing API and we do not impose any hidden fees or additional charges. Every billing cycle is diligently monitored and approved through the Shopify Billing platform. 


Your charges will precisely reflect what you have approved via the Shopify Approve Billing page, mirroring the information displayed on the Billing Page within the Flits Admin. These charges are determined based on your selected Subscription Plan and any paid Premium Tools you may have chosen. There are no extra or covert fees associated with the Flits application.


Flexibility to explore Flits Features

To get a feel for what Flits has to offer, we have a 30-day free trial period. During this trial, you simply need to go through the Billing Process by selecting a plan and premium tools (optional) that suit your business needs, and the free trial will be automatically applied. 

You'll have unrestricted access to explore the selected/available plan and all four premium tools during this trial period. Following the trial's conclusion, the billing cycle will commence, and your monthly invoice will be generated in alignment with your store's Shopify Billing Cycle.


Billing Structure

  • Our offering includes 3 Subscription Plans (Basic plan, Business plan, and Enterprise plan) and 4 Paid Premium tools (Store credits, Wishlist, Social login and Advanced order filter). The selection and availability of the Subscription Plan depends on the total number of Shopify customers you have. 
  • Additionally, merchants enjoy the freedom to choose Paid Premium Tools as per their requirements. We've deliberately kept premium tool pricing separate from the Subscription Plans to provide flexibility. You can find more information on why certain modules are offered as Premium Tools in our resources.
  • We adhere to the Shopify Billing API, ensuring that there are no concealed or extra charges. Once your free trial concludes, your billing will be based on your selected Plan and Premium Tools. You will not be charged a single cent more than what you have agreed to pay via the Billing Page.

  • In the event you need a refund, we offer a straightforward policy. Upon your request, we will refund the payments made within the last 30 days without requiring you to answer any questions. Initiating a refund is a simple process, and we will reach out to the Shopify Finance Team to process your refund within 4-5 business days.
  • Please note that Subscription Plans and Premium Tools prices are subject to change. If you choose to upgrade your plan, the effective prices at that time will be considered for your final billing.
