Overview

This guide explains how store owners can effortlessly download invoices for purchases made on their Shopify store.

Note: The invoice feature is available exclusively for Growth and Established Plans.


Steps to Set Up the Invoice Feature

1. To setup invoice feature navigate to Flits Admin > Customer Account Page > Invoice Settings > Click the "Setup"


2. Customize Invoice Settings: In the Invoice Settings section, you can personalize your invoices:

  • Choose a Brand Color: Select colors that match your store’s branding.

  • Upload Logo: Add your store’s logo for a professional touch.

  • Add Signature: Upload a digital signature for authenticity.

  • Address: The invoice will automatically fetch the address. If you'd like to make changes, simply uncheck the ‘Auto update the following fields as per the details given in Shopify admin' box and edit the address as needed."

  • Invoices can be downloaded in any of these three order states:

  • Placed

  • Paid

  • Fulfilled

Note: Once all details are added, click on "Click here" to view a sample. Make adjustments if necessary to ensure everything looks perfect.

3. After finalizing the settings, save your changes and activate the Invoice feature.

4. To generate and download invoices, follow these steps in your Shopify admin:

i) Go to Shopify Admin > Orders.

ii) Select the order for which you wish to generate the invoice.

iii) Click More Actions > Download Invoice.

Important: Ensure that pop-ups are enabled in your browser to display and download invoices.
