Introduction


The Customer Account Page is a dedicated hub tailored to your customers, providing seamless access to their account details, order history, and convenient features like the re-order button etc. This page is designed to enhance their shopping experience and simplify how they manage their interactions with your store.

Steps to Set Up the Customer Account Page


Step 1: To set up the Customer account page, go to Flits Admin > Customer account page > Preview and set up - Template & color > Edit.


Step 2: On the Theme Setup page, select the theme in which you want to set up the Flits customer account page and click on Next button.


Step 3: Template & color selection- In this page, you have the option to select the template that suits your business preferences. Currently, we provide two templates: Uno and Duo.

Step 4: After selecting the template you can customize the appearance of your Customer Account Page by selecting colors for the navigation background, text, content, buttons, and their text to match with your brand's color scheme. Any changes you make will instantly appear in the preview section for your review.

Step 5: Once you're satisfied with your design, click the Save button to apply your selected colors to the chosen theme.

Step 6: After the Flits customer account page is set up, a confirmation message will appear (snack bar notification).

Important Note: Please make sure to enable Flits App Embed in the theme from your Shopify admin to ensure everything works smoothly.

Notes: 

  • The preview shows all sections and premium tools for your convenience, using dummy data.

  • You can also view a device-specific preview to see how the Customer Account Page looks on different devices.

  • Your live Customer Account Page will include only the features available in your current plan.

  • For example, if you are on Flits Lite Plan then Reward and Loyalty, Wishlist etc. sections won't appear for your customers.
