Introduction
Grow your email list and engage more customers by offering loyalty points for newsletter subscriptions. Subscriber points encourage customers to opt into your emails, helping build ongoing relationships and increase marketing reach.
Steps to Set Up Newsletter Subscriber Points
Go to Loyalty Program > Add Ways to Earn.
Select the “Subscribe to newsletter” rule.
Enter the number of points customers will earn (e.g., 70 points), and add a brief comment (“Subscriber points”).
Set the rule status to Active and click Save.
Notifications
Enable email and/or push notifications from the Notifications panel so customers are informed when they earn subscriber points. This keeps your program transparent and engaging.
Managing Subscriber Rules
You can delete or deactivate this rule at any time to match your marketing needs or seasonal campaigns.
Important Notes
Subscriber points are issued once per user for each newsletter subscription.
This rule is enabled only when the status is Active.
Available for all plan users.
