Introduction
The bulk points adjustment feature trims the process of adjusting points for a specific purpose to individual customers. Simply use a CSV file, input the details in the specified format, upload the file, and credits are swiftly adjusted.
Note: Bulk points feature is available for Established Plan users only.
Steps to adjust points for bulk customers
To set up the Bulk points, go to Customers > Bulk adjust on the top right side of the page.
By clicking the Bulk adjust button, a panel for uploading the CSV file will appear. Select "Points" in the popup.
Prepare a CSV file as per the given sample CSV template and upload file.
Note: The credit value in CSV can be a whole or decimal number. No comma allowed in credit value.
Once the file is uploaded, click the "Apply" button to start the Bulk points adjustment process.
You will receive an email once the bulk adjustment process is completed successfully.
Please note that, we are using the email address added to the profile section of Shopify store admin > settings > Store details, to notify store owners about process completion.
