Order Tracking feature allows you to track your order right from the Customer Account Page.

Customers can easily track their purchase from one end rather than struggling app to app to know their order status.


Note: It is mandatory to install any third-party tracking application prior to use Flits Order Tracking Integration.


Follow the steps given below to enable Order Track Button on your Store.


Step 1: Open Flits App Admin.


Step 2: Open the Integration section from the left side navigation menu.


Step 3: In the Order Tracking section of the Integration Page,

            i. Add App Tracking Domain in the Track Domain textbox.

            ii. Enable Order Tracking switch to add Order Track button in the order history of Customer Account Page.

iii. Click on the Save button to complete the Order Tracking App Integration.




Points that you need to take care of while setting up the Order Track button:

1. Order must be fulfilled

2. Tracking details of related order should be added perfectly in Shopify Orders section

3. Tracking URL added in Shopify Order and in the Order Tracking section of Flits admin should be same.

Step 4: Once you successfully Save all the settings, you will be able to view the Order Track button in the relevant Order as displayed in the below Image.


Step 5: Click on the Track Order button for Tracking details. 


Note: On click of the Order Track button you will view the track order page of the respective app. You are requested to complete the relevant app's tracking settings before you set up the Flits order tracking feature.

Please note that third-party tracking application integration is a dependent process and as a third-party application developer, we at Flits are not aware of the code structure of other integrating application. Details required to set up the Order Track button:

1. Tracking Application name 

2. Order Tracking URL provided by the application

3. A testing user details(login id, password) with some test orders
