Merchants who have installed Flits Enterprise plan on or post 23rd March 2020 are eligible to use Flits Bonus Credit.

Our existing users can contact us on support@getflits.com to enable this feature.


Our Enterprise Plan merchants who have subscribed to Store Credit add-on can access this feature by following the steps given below.


Step 1: Open Flits app admin.


Step 2: Click on Customers tab from the left side navigation bar, it will open Customers page.


Step 3: In the Customers page, you will be able to see a button as Add Bonus Credit.



Step 4: Click on the Add Bonus Credit it will open a popup which helps you add credit to your customers. Refer below image to view Bonus Credit popup.


Step 5: In the Credit Adjustment tab of Bonus Credit popup you can set credit amount, credit comment, choose the condition to filter customers, expiry days. You can also send notification while the bonus credit is updated in customers account.


Set expiry date in no of days in the "Expires in" field. 

Exp. Expires in = 2 days It means updated Bonus Credit will expire after two days if the customer didn't spend the allotted Bonus Credit in 2 days.


To send Web Push and Mail notification make sure to Setup and turn on the Mail and Notification Settings.

Step 6: How to use Conditions to filter customers?





i. Spent Credit: Using this Condition you can reward customers who have Spent Credit on Order. You can set a minimum to a maximum range for this condition. Select the Is Unlimited checkbox if you would like to set the maximum range for customers to eligible for this condition to unlimited.



Exp 1: If condition = Spent Credit, filter range = 500 to 4500 

which means customers who have spent a minimum Rs. 500 to a maximum of Rs. 4500 total credits on past orders are eligible to receive Bonus Credit.


Exp 2: If condition = Spent Credit, filter range = 500 to unlimited

which means customers who have spent a minimum of Rs. 500 credits on past orders are eligible to avail Bonus Credit. No maximum limit is applied with Is Unlimited tag.


ii. Placed Order: Using this Condition you can reward customers who have Placed Order on your store. You can set a minimum to a maximum order number for this condition. Select the Is Unlimited checkbox if you would like to set the maximum range for customers to eligible for this condition to unlimited.



Exp 1: If condition = Placed Order, filter range = 5 to 18

which means customers who have placed minimum 5 and maximum 18 orders are eligible to receive Bonus Credit.


Exp 2: If condition = Placed Order, filter range = 20 to unlimited

which means customers who have placed minimum 20 orders are eligible to avail Bonus Credit. No maximum limit is applied with Is Unlimited tag.


iii. Spent Amount: Using this Condition you can reward customers who have Spent Some Amount on your store. You can set a minimum to a maximum range for this condition. Select the Is Unlimited checkbox if you would like to set the maximum range for customers to eligible for this condition to unlimited.



Exp 1: If condition = Spent Amount, filter range = 500 to 4500 

which means customers who have spent a minimum Rs. 500 to a maximum of Rs. 4500 amount on your store are eligible to receive Bonus Credit.


Exp 2: If condition = Spent Amount, filter range = 500 to unlimited

which means customers who have spent a minimum of Rs. 500 amount are eligible to avail Bonus Credit. No maximum limit is applied with Is Unlimited tag.


iv. Has a tag: Using this Condition you can reward customers who have a certain tag. Customers who are tagged with value as mentioned in the Tag textbox are eligible to receive Bonus Credit. Note: Tags with emoticons like 'Summer❄️, Fall?' will not work  



Exp: If condition = has a tag, tag = Gold

which means customers who are tagged with the "Gold" label is eligible to receive Bonus Credit. 


Step 7: After filling in the required details in the Credit Adjustment tab of the Bonus Credit popup, click on the Calculate button.

  1. You will be able to see the details of customers who are going to receive Bonus Credit as per the credit details you have filled in.
  2. Verify all the details carefully then click on Start Process button to begin the Bonus Credit process.


When the Bonus Credit process is completed successfully the merchant will receive an email on their registered email address.



Step 8: To view your previous bonus credit activities click on Last Activities tab of Bonus Credit popup.




Step 9: Once you click on the Start Process button Bonus Credit process is started. You can terminate the Bonus Credit process at any time by clicking on the Stop Process button.



Note: If you decline the process after Bonus Credit is applied to a certain amount of customers, the Stop Process will not redo the credits which are already applied.



Now you can surprise your customers with Bonus Credit..!!
