With Flits Referral Program, your customers can invite more friends using Facebook and Whatsapp referral link sharing options.


Note: Referral invite using Facebook and Whatsapp is available for the merchants who install the Flits application on or after 18th March 2020. If the current merchants would like to activate this feature, contact us at support@getflits.com.

Step 1: Once the customer logged in to the store, the customer can see the Refer Friend Section on Customer Account Page.

Step 2:  Customer can invite their friends with a single click using the below-mentioned options:

  1. If a customer would like to invite a friend through Whatsapp, he/she can do it in one click using the Whatsapp Share button. Refer to the above image.
  2. If a customer would like to invite a friend through Facebook, he/she can do it in one click using the Facebook Share button. Refer to the above image.
    • In Facebook Sharing, If you would like to invite friends through private message. Follow the below image.


Note: Only the Referral Link will be shared through a private message, we can't display message content because of some technical limitations.

Step 3: If the customers do not want to use Social Media Share buttons they can copy the referral link and share it anywhere. Refer to the first image.

Step 4: Once any person will create an account using the shared referral link, he/she will be calculated as a referral of the particular person(referral of the one who sends the referral invite).
