Use Reviews to reward your customers through Store Credit who adds value to your store by reviewing your products.

Note: integration is for Flits Business & Enterprise Plan users only.

Follow steps given below to enter in the world of Rewards.

Step 1: Setup integration to your stores. Follow How to setup integration?

Step 2: After setting up integration, Set up credit on Review.

Step 3: In Flits Admin, Open Settings page.

Step 4: In the Settings page, Open Credit Settings.

Step 5: Scroll down in Earning Rule section of the Credit Settings page to access Product Review credit. Refer below image.

Tip: Use conditions credit limitations and time limitations provided in the Product Review section to let your customer receive a fixed amount of credit in X no of days.

For example, 

- Set Credit Limitation $200 and Time Limitation 7 day to ensure the customer will receive a maximum $200 credit for a product reviews in a week.

Step 6: Click on Save button to apply changes.

Step 7: When customers give reviews on products of the store, they will receive Review Credit as set up in the Product Review section. Customers can view their earned credit from the Store Credit section of Customer Account Page.

Note: Product Review Credit will be received based on the Rewards Conditions selected in application settings. You can review these conditions from Settings >> Reward Conditions.
