Step 1: Open Klaviyo admin.

Step 2: Open List & Segments section from the left side navigation menu.

Step 3: Click on Create List/Segment button from the top right corner.

Step 4: You will see two options as List and Segments. Click on Segments section.

Step 5: You will see a Create Segment page. 

         i.  Add Segment name in the Name section. 

        ii.  Add Tag to the Segment using the Tags section.

       iii.  Add Definition to segment using Definition section.

       iv.  Select Dimension for the definition.

        v. Once you set up the Segment Dimension click on Create Segment button to create your segment.

Step 6: Once you click Create Segment button Klaviyo will list users according to definition setup in the segment.

Tip: You can use the segment to Send Credit Balance Reminder email.
