Flits Customer Account Page is a One-Stop solution for all the App features.


A centralized dashboard that controls all customer activities.


In this article, we are focusing on fields that are included in Flits Customer Account Page w.r.t. full subscription of Paid Add-Ons provided by Flits.


1. Profile

- The profile section provide customer details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Contact No, Birthdate, Gender)

- Customers can update their details using the Edit button and save changes.

2. My Orders

- My Orders section provides an order summary (ordered products with quantity, billing details, applied discounts)

- On click of the Show Order Details button, an order summary will be displayed

- On click of the Reorder button, relevant products will be added to the cart

- On click of the Contact Us button, customers can contact the store owner for their order related query


Note: Reorder, Contact Us features are available in Business and Enterprise Plans

3. Delivery Address

- The delivery Address section provides Delivery Addresses added by the customer

- Customers can add a new address and edit, update or remove an existing address

4. Recently Viewed Products

- Recently Viewed Products section is a collection of products that are recently viewed by the customer in the store.

- From this section customer can directly add recently viewed product to cart

- Customer can change their profile password using the Change Password section.

- Top ordered products section provides a list of orders purchased by customers so far

- Customers can filter their past ordered products using various filters and can also sort their purchased products

- My Credit section contains a list of all credit activities such as Earned Credits, Spent Credits, Expired Credits
