Flits Customer Account Page is a One-Stop solution for all the App features. 

A centralized dashboard controls all customer activities.


In this article, we are focusing on fields which are included in Flits Customer Account Page w.r.t. full subscription of Paid Add-Ons provided by Flits.


1. Profile

- Profile section provide customer details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Contact No, Birthdate, Gender)

- Customers can update their details using the Edit button and save changes.


2. My Orders

- My Orders section provides an order summary (ordered products with quantity, billing details, applied discounts)

- On click of the Show Order Details button, an order summary will be displayed

- On click of the Reorder button, relevant products will be added to cart


Note: Reorder feature can be used in paid plans only



3. Delivery Address

- Delivery Address section provides Delivery Addresses added by the customer.



4. Recently Viewed Products

- Recently Viewed Products section is a collection of products that are recently viewed by the customer on the store.



5. Change Password

- Customer can change their profile password using the Change Password section.



6. Top Ordered Products (Paid Add-On - Advance Dashboard)

- Top ordered products section provides a list of products purchased the most.


7. Refer Friend (Paid Add-On - Store Credit)

- Refer Friend section allows the customer to use Flits Referral Module.



8. How to manage credits (comes under Store Credit)

- How to manage credits section lists earning rules, spent rules and rules by the store owner.



9. Store Credit (comes under Store Credit)

- Store Credit section logs all credit activities such as Earned Credits, Spent Credits.



10. Wishlist (Paid Add-On - Wishlist)

- Wishlist section contains products list - which is added to wishlist by the customer.

- Customers can add products to cart from the Wishlist section.
