Currently, Flits is giving Spent Credit option on Cart Page. To apply credit on order your customer has to select credit from the Spent Credit dropdown. Follow the below steps to avail your discount.


Step 1: Open Flits App Admin.


Step 2: Open Settings section from the left side navigation menu.


Step 3: Open Store Credit Settings from the Settings page. Refer to the below image.





Step 4: In the Store Credit Settings page, open the General section.

In Where can the customers apply credits? section, Keep "auto-install credit dropdown" switch On for displaying spent credit drop down on the cart page. Refer to the below image.




Step 5: Your customers can see Spent credit drop-down on the cart page. To apply credit on the cart, the customer has to select credit displayed on spent credit dropdown. Refer to the below image.





Step 6: Click on the Checkout button after selecting credit.

Step 7: Customer can see the applied credit at checkout.



Step 8: Complete your order to avail the discount.


A Special Announcement by Flits Tech Team: You may request for the apply credit process in auto-apply mode. Which means customer do not need to select credit from Spent Credit dropdown, the credit will be auto-applied on order. To request this update contact our support team at support@getflits.com.
