On merchant's request to issue credit on product collections, we have implemented this feature. Through Product Tag feature, you can give credit on specific products of your store.

Step 1: Go to Flits admin.

Step 2: Go to the Settings section.

Step 3: Open Store Credit Settings section from the Settings page.

Step 4: In the Earning Rule section, you can see the Product Tag feature section as Credit for Specific Products at the end of the page. Please check the image given below.


Step 5: Click on the Save button from the top right corner, to apply changes.




Your customer can see earned credits as shown below, under the Store Credit section of Customer Account Page.




How to add a tag to the product from Shopify Admin?


Step 1: Go to Products section from Shopify admin.


Step 2: On the bottom right corner of the product details page, you can see the Tags section. In this section, you can add tags to a product. Refer below image.



Currently, we are giving a variant wise credit feature. In which customer will get credit for each variant they are purchasing. Refer the example given below.


Ex: 

Variant wise credit:


In the store, one t-shirt has two variants like red & black. 
If the customer orders both the variants, then the customer will get multiple credits on this product.

- "x$ Credit" for a red t-shirt

- "x$ Credit" for a black t-shirt



Special Note: To reward your customers for Quantity wise credit contact us on support@getflits.com. In this update of the product tag feature, customers will get credit based on the quantity they purchase.
