Step 1: Open Flits App Admin.


Step 2: Open Settings section from the left side navigation menu.


Step 3: Open Credit Settings from the Settings page. Refer below image.





Step 4: In the Credit Settings page, open Spent Rule section - to set up spent credit. Refer below image.




Step 5: Click the Save button to apply changes.


Note: To let your customers spend credit, there are two mandatory rules which need to be taken care off:

i. Enable Cart Spent Credit section from Spent Rule section of the Credit Settings page.

ii. The customer must have earned the minimum credit (based on Spent Rules) to spend.


You can create/set up spent rules as explained below.


1. A merchant can set a Specific Rule for a Particular Range

Ex: If a merchant set Cart Range as "$1 - $500" and Spent Credit as 10%
   

For the above case, the customer can spend 10% credit based on cart value.

Which means if the customer has added products worth $400 USD in the cart; On this order, he/she can spend 10% credit of cart value from their earned credit.

*Merchant can set multiple ranges.


2.  A merchant can set Percentage Credit " % "

Ex: If a merchant sets Percentage Credit as 5%


A customer has $100 credit balance in their account.

Now, the customer has added products worth $100 in the cart and would like to use credit in order.


As per spent rule; the customer can use 5% credit on cart value. Cart value is $100 USD. So customer can use $5 USD credit for this order.


3. A merchant can set Fixed Credit " $X "


Ex: If a merchant sets the value as $10 USD


A customer has $100 as a credit balance in their account.

Now, the customer has added products worth $100 in the cart and would like to use credit in order.

As per spent rule; customer can use $10 USD credit for that order.


A note regarding Spent Credit on Shipping value:

Shopify has stopped loading third-party app script in checkout for all. We can request Shopify for this feature Only for Shopify plus stores. We have discussed this issue with Shopify frequently. In a response to our question, we learn to know that Due to security reasons Shopify has stopped loading third-party app script in checkout for everyone. 


So, for now, we have to manage this at cart page. Only Shopify plus store owners can offer spent credit option on shipping value.
