Using "Bulk Credit Adjustment" feature merchant can manually adjust customer's credit in Bulk. Merchant can manage credit upload in batches on their convenience.
Please follow the below steps to update credits for all customers.
Step 1: Please go to the Customers section in Flits admin through the left side navigation.
Step 2: You can see the "Bulk Credit Adjustment" option on the top right corner of the page.
Step 3: Once you click on the "Bulk Adjustment" button, you can see one popup.
Step 4: For the bulk adjustment merchant has to create a CSV file. Create a CSV file as per given sample CSV template.
Note: You can set whole or decimal numbers as credit value. Please don't use comma separator for credit values.
Step 5: Click the Upload button of Bulk Credit Adjustment popup to start the Credit Adjustment process. For more clear vision refer the below image.
( Note: You can manage credit only for the customers available in the list of Customers page )
Step 6: You will receive a mail once the process is successfully completed.
Note: Bulk Credit Adjustment is for Enterprise Plan users only.
