How can I see a Customer's Profile from the app admin? Print

Ans :

Step 1: Open Flits App Admin.

Step 2: Open Customers section from the left side navigation.

Step 3: In Customers Page, you can see Customer list with details such as email address, credits etc.

Step 4: On the 4th Action column you can see Adjust Credit and View Profile button.

Step 5: Click on the View Profile button. By clicking on that button you will be redirected to the relevant customer's profile. On Customer's Details page, you will be able to see Customer's Details such as Total Credits, Credit Activity, Referral Details etc.
