Ans :

Step 1: Please open your flits App dashboard

Step 2: Select Customers menu from left side navigation. 

Step 3: You can see customers list.

Step 4: You can see 4th column as an “ Action”.

Step 5: Please select “ Edit symbol “. Once you select it, you can see one pop up.

Step 6: You can adjust credit with reason through that pop-up.

Step 7: Please select on “ Apply “ button.
